About the Role

Lead product development merchandising for baby and kids wear, managing relationships with international brands and coordinating with virtual manufacturers across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development merchandising process from tech pack to bulk approval
• Manage product development timelines with international brand partners
• Coordinate with virtual manufacturers on sampling and development
• Negotiate costs and identify value engineering opportunities

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of baby and kids wear industry
• Proven experience in development merchandising
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
