About the Role

Lead pattern development and grading for apparel production in a fast-growing innovation-focused garment company based in Ranala.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grade patterns from technical specifications and buyer tech packs
• Coordinate with design and sampling teams on pattern adjustments
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of graded size sets
• Support production teams with pattern-related queries

Requirements

• Qualification in Clothing Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in pattern making and grading
• Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software
• Attention to detail and strong technical knowledge
