Senior IE Executive / Senior Pattern Maker / Marker Maker

About the Role

Fill a specialized technical role combining industrial engineering, pattern making, and marker making for an established export apparel manufacturer in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate patterns for production based on tech packs
• Develop and optimize markers to maximize fabric utilization
• Conduct IE analysis including SAM, line balancing, and efficiency tracking
• Coordinate with production and planning teams on technical requirements

Requirements

• Qualification in Clothing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in pattern making, marker making, or IE in a garment environment
• Proficiency with Lectra or similar CAD pattern/marker software
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
