Pattern Technologist & Executive - Planning and Sample Production

About the Role

Develop patterns and coordinate sample production planning for an export garment manufacturer in Kandy, supporting both technical and planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop patterns from buyer tech packs and design briefs
• Grade patterns across size ranges for sample and bulk production
• Coordinate sample production schedule and manage sample room workflow
• Liaise with buyers and design teams on fit corrections

Requirements

• Qualification in Clothing Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field
• Experience in pattern making and/or sample production planning within a garment factory
• Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software
