Fabric Sourcing Merchandiser

About the Role

Source and manage fabric procurement for fashion apparel collections, coordinating with local and international suppliers to ensure timely and quality fabric availability.

Responsibilities

• Source fabrics from local and international mills and suppliers
• Evaluate fabric quality, price, and lead times
• Maintain supplier relationships and develop the supplier base
• Coordinate lab dip and bulk approvals with design and production teams
• Monitor fabric delivery schedules to support production timelines

Requirements

• Qualification in Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field
• Experience in fabric sourcing or textile merchandising
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of fabric construction and quality parameters
