Regional Manager - Central Region

About the Role

Senior regional manager to lead Pelwatta Dairy's operations, farmer network and commercial activities across the Central Region.

Responsibilities

• Lead all dairy operations, collection and commercial activities in the Central Region
• Manage and develop a regional team of field officers and supervisors
• Build and maintain relationships with dairy farmers and cooperatives
• Drive regional milk collection volumes and profitability targets
• Report on regional performance and develop growth strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years management experience in dairy, agriculture or FMCG sector
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Knowledge of Central Region geography and dairy farming landscape
