About the Role
HR Manager or Assistant Manager to lead human resources operations, policy implementation and workforce management at Co-Operative Insurance Company PLC.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full HR operations function
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
- Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary proceedings
- Develop HR reporting, analytics and workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Professional Diploma in HRM or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and Employment Termination Act
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
