About the Role

Legal officer to manage legal compliance, contract matters and recovery proceedings for Assetline Finance PLC at its Battaramulla head office.

Responsibilities

• Handle all legal matters for Assetline Finance PLC
• Draft, review and execute agreements, contracts and legal documents
• Manage legal proceedings and represent the company in courts
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka and other regulatory requirements
• Advise management and business units on legal risks

Requirements

• Attorney-at-Law, admitted to the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka
• Relevant post-admission legal experience in a financial institution
• Familiarity with financial sector regulations and CBSL guidelines
• Strong communication, negotiation and legal drafting skills
