Corporate Legal Officer

About the Role

Corporate legal officer to manage all legal, compliance and corporate governance matters for Medihelp Hospital group across its multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle all corporate legal, compliance and regulatory matters
• Draft, review and manage contracts, MoUs and legal agreements
• Advise senior management on legal risks and governance requirements
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company law and licensing requirements

Requirements

• Attorney-at-Law, admitted to the Sri Lanka Bar
• Experience in corporate legal practice or in-house legal roles preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare sector regulations is an advantage
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
