About the Role
Executive assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leadership within Hirdaramani's Apparel Sector in Maharagama.
Responsibilities
- Manage senior executive's calendar, appointments and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and meeting minutes
- Coordinate between departments, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
- Organise meetings, events and follow up on action items
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or PA to senior management
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High degree of discretion and professionalism
