About the Role
Manage cost planning, BOQ preparation, and contract administration for high-rise building and infrastructure projects from the Colombo head office.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities and cost estimates
- Administer contracts and manage variation orders
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier claims
- Conduct site measurements and interim valuations
- Monitor project budgets and report cost variances
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
Requirements
- B.Sc. (Eng.) in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-rise building construction
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work extended hours when required
