Site Engineer (MEP)

About the Role

Manage and supervise MEP installation works on a warehouse project in Katunayake; coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the civil team to ensure on-time quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP construction practices and site coordination for a warehouse project
• Work with construction drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Ensure project quality delivery and adherence to specifications
• Coordinate with civil team, subcontractors, and consultants
• Conduct site inspections and ensure MEP systems are installed correctly
• Prepare daily site progress reports

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site engineering for warehouse or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction practices, drawings, and BOQs
• Experience in site coordination across multiple MEP disciplines
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
