Site Engineer - Construction Site

About the Role

Manage day-to-day site execution of building construction works in Battaramulla; coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor and control quality of construction works
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Report progress against the project schedule
• Maintain site records, daily diaries, and inspection reports

Requirements

• B.Sc. (Eng.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree
• Minimum 2-4 years of site engineering experience in building construction
• Good knowledge of building construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
