MEP Manager - Construction Site

About the Role

Lead and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities across Heyraa Construction's project sites; ensure systems are installed to specification and within programme.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all MEP works across construction sites
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors and ensure alignment with civil and architectural teams
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings and material submittals
• Monitor MEP installation quality and compliance with specifications
• Ensure MEP systems are commissioned and tested correctly
• Prepare MEP progress reports and resolve technical issues on site

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 5-7 years of MEP management experience in building construction
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and HVAC systems
• Experience reviewing MEP shop drawings and coordinating with consultants
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
