Senior Planning Engineer

About the Role

Develop and maintain master construction programmes, monitor project progress, identify delays, and drive corrective scheduling actions across Heyraa's building projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes (baseline and revised)
• Monitor site progress against programme and identify delays and critical path issues
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and short-interval planning documents
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to develop recovery plans
• Produce planning reports and dashboards for senior management
• Support preparation of extension-of-time claims and delay analyses

Requirements

• B.Sc. (Eng.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of planning/scheduling experience in building construction
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Strong understanding of construction sequences and methods
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
