About the Role

Oversee and coordinate all MEP works for CCECC's construction projects in Ratmalana; ensure systems are installed per design and liaise with Chinese and local engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works on site
Review MEP shop drawings and coordinate with consultants
Ensure MEP systems are installed per specifications and local codes
Manage MEP subcontractors and monitor their performance
Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on site
Prepare progress reports and handover documentation

Requirements

B.Sc. (Eng.) or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of MEP site engineering experience
Familiarity with MEP systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
Good English communication skills; Chinese language skills an advantage
