Site Engineer - Kandy Building

About the Role

Execute and supervise building construction works at Maga Engineering's Kandy building project; ensure quality, safety, and timely progress on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily building construction activities on the Kandy project site
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project manager
• Monitor progress against schedule and flag delays
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain site records
• Enforce health and safety standards on site

Requirements

• B.Sc. (Eng.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of site engineering experience in building construction
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Willingness to be based in Kandy for the project duration
