Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and tutorials in assigned subject areas
• Conduct and publish research in recognized journals
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to faculty and curriculum development
• Supervise student projects and dissertations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with First Class (minimum for Lecturer)
• Master's Degree preferred; PhD required for Senior Lecturer/Professor
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience for Senior Lecturer
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
