About the Role

Senior leadership role overseeing Luminex's Civil Engineering division, driving strategic direction, project portfolio management, and business development across Sri Lanka's infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership aligned with corporate objectives
• Manage complete project lifecycles from bidding through handover
• Lead and develop Site Managers and Project Managers
• Monitor budgets, quality, and timelines with corrective action implementation
• Identify market opportunities and secure high-value infrastructure projects
• Represent the division in client and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering from a reputed university
• 12-15 years of progressive civil engineering experience
• 5+ years of senior managerial or leadership experience
• IESL Chartered status or Membership preferred
