About the Role

Civil and highway construction engineering position with Sri Lanka's leading listed EPC contractor, involved in planning, managing, and executing national road and highway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage highway and road construction activities
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and government authorities
• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in highway or road construction preferred
• Knowledge of engineering standards and road specifications
