About the Role
Contact and convert incoming leads for luxury apartment investments by presenting property benefits and scheduling sales meetings for the Colombo real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with incoming leads regarding luxury apartment opportunities
- Present apartment project features and investment benefits to prospects
- Generate client interest and schedule sales meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions
Requirements
- A/L education
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
- Strong phone communication and sales persuasion abilities
