About the Role

Drive hotel client acquisition across Sri Lanka by conducting field visits, cold calling, and converting leads for Exely's hotel software suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive field work meeting hotel managers
• Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, and industry events
• Convert incoming leads into paying customers
• Cultivate long-term relationships with hospitality professionals
• Provide market research insights to leadership
• Maintain detailed CRM documentation of all activities

Requirements

• Based in Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Native-level Sinhala fluency; advanced English proficiency
• Active B2B sales background with cold-calling experience
• Computer literacy and CRM system proficiency
