About the Role

Manage pricing strategy and revenue optimisation for NH Collection Colombo, leading weekly revenue meetings and developing market segment forecasts to maximise hotel occupancy and RevPAR.

Responsibilities

Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts by market segment
Develop and communicate pricing strategies using market intelligence
Chair weekly revenue meetings and distribute action plans
Set monthly upselling targets for front office and reservations teams
Ensure optimal utilisation of Property Management and Revenue Management Systems
Monitor distribution channel performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hotel management or finance
Minimum 2 years of revenue and yield management experience in hospitality
Familiarity with hotel operations, PMS/RMS systems, and distribution channels
Understanding of regional and local market conditions
