About the Role
Manage all food and beverage outlets at NH Collection Colombo, overseeing budgets, staff, cost control, and guest satisfaction across the hotel's dining venues.
Responsibilities
- Budget planning and monthly revenue and expenditure forecasting
- Cost control systems for beverage operations and inventory management
- Monthly business performance analysis and deviation reporting
- Profit enhancement program development with kitchen and marketing teams
- Staff supervision ensuring task completion per departmental standards
- Guest relationship building and complaint resolution
Requirements
- Hotel Management degree or diploma
- Minimum 2 years of relevant five-star hotel experience
- Advanced F&B operations knowledge
- English proficiency
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and restaurant management software
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
