About the Role
Serve as the primary contact for guests at Kandy Myst by Cinnamon, managing reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact, providing guest information and addressing concerns
- Anticipate guest needs and communicate special requests to relevant departments
- Manage reservation records and payment documentation
- Upsell hotel facilities and services appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries across various matters professionally
Requirements
- Prior experience as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or equivalent in a star-class establishment
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to exceptional guest service in fast-paced settings
- Availability for night shift assignments
