About the Role

Supervise retail operations at the Moose showroom inside One Galle Face Mall, maintaining visual merchandising standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Keep showroom and visual merchandising to a high standard
• Lead and motivate staff to increase sales performance
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Handle back office administration and MS Office tasks

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L with three passes
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory retail role
• Average English proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Age below 35 years
