IT Support Executive

About the Role

Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software at office and branch locations while providing Level 1 helpdesk support and managing IT asset inventory.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and OS issues at Level 1 support
• Manage IT asset records and inventory tracking
• Support Windows devices and branch infrastructure

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science
• 1-2 years in IT support or help desk roles
• PC hardware and Windows 10/11 expertise
• Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS
• Active Directory experience advantageous
