About the Role

Install and maintain desktop and laptop equipment across branches, provide helpdesk support, manage IT inventory, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain desktop and laptop equipment at office and branch locations
Hardware maintenance for printers, switches, and scanners
Operating system and software configuration and installation
Manage hardware and software inventory
Provide helpdesk and technical support services

Requirements

Hardware and/or networking certifications
Minimum one year relevant experience
Age below 30 years
Strong troubleshooting capabilities for networking, hardware, and software
Tamil language proficiency preferred
