Project engineer/QS to manage construction of new retail outlets across Sri Lanka, handling timelines, BOQs, cost estimates, and contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for new retail outlets
• Prepare BOQs, tenders, and cost estimates
• Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring quality and compliance
• Monitor contractor performance and review progress reports

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years experience in project execution or cost control
• Proficient in MS Project and construction cost tools
