About the Role

12-month structured tea cultivation training programme covering nursery management, harvesting, and team supervision, with a pathway to Junior Field Manager.

Responsibilities

Sapling cultivation and nursery management
Planting and replanting operations
Field crop maintenance (pruning, weeding, fertilising)
Harvesting procedures
Team supervision and people management
Quality assurance monitoring

Requirements

3 A-Levels within the last 2 years
Minimum 1 year of work experience
Genuine interest in tea agriculture
Basic English and IT proficiency
