About the Role

Lead product development teams and drive strategic business plans, market research, and cross-functional collaboration at an international apparel manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor product development teams
• Develop strategic business plans and market research initiatives
• Identify market trends and emerging opportunities in garment manufacturing
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, design, and production departments
• Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts
• Oversee design coordination and sample development timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clothing Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in product development or manufacturing
• SAP/ERP system experience preferred
