Executive – Industrial Engineering

About the Role

Industrial engineering executive to optimize production line layouts, calculate machine/worker requirements, monitor efficiency, and identify SMV savings at a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Design production line layouts optimizing workflow
• Calculate machine and worker requirements for each line
• Train machine operators on equipment and safety protocols
• Monitor efficiency metrics and implement performance incentives
• Identify SMV savings opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 1 year in a related field
• Industrial engineering software proficiency (AutoCAD, MATLAB, Arena, SAP)
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen knowledge
