About the Role

Manage adhesive testing and bonding parameter development for apparel production, supporting technical processes and supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing for adhesive qualities and confirm specifications
• Execute wash and peel bond tests during sampling
• Share bonding parameter sheets with production teams
• Develop improved bonding methods
• Manage supplier development and adhesive inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Textile or Chemical Engineering
• 2-3 years relevant field experience
