About the Role

Drive R&D project implementation for apparel product categories, developing innovative concepts and executing technology initiatives through experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify advanced concepts and product innovation ideas through market research
• Drive R&D project implementation including conceptualization and commercialization
• Execute technology R&D initiatives involving research, testing, and rollout
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on R&D objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Clothing Technology, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in apparel and design development
