About the Role

Prepare and cook food to established quality standards in a busy cafe kitchen, assisting senior chefs and maintaining hygiene in Nugegoda, Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain food hygiene and safety protocols
• Assist senior chefs with kitchen operations
• Ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstations

Requirements

• Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Ability to work under pressure
