About the Role
ICU nursing role at Asiri Hospital Galle. Monitor and manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity critical care environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary medical team. ALS certification mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Assess patient condition and respond promptly to clinical deterioration
- Administer medications, treatments and interventions as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized nursing school
- Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience preferably in ICU, HDU, or critical care
- Registered Nurse at the Sri Lanka Nurses Council (SLNC)
- Valid certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
