About the Role
Lead the Reconciliation Unit at SDB Bank's Finance Department Head Office, overseeing bank and GL reconciliations, CEFT transaction management, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all reconciliation unit operations including card center and CEFT transaction reconciliations
- Ensure timely customer refund confirmations across all banking channels
- Monitor branch, bank, and GL reconciliation activities for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the finance industry
- Prior exposure to the banking sector strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of bank/GL reconciliation processes and CEFT/CEFTS transactions
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
