About the Role
Lead all F&B operations across KK Collection's boutique luxury properties in Southern Sri Lanka, overseeing dining experiences, team development, and revenue performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations across KK Collection properties
- Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team across properties
- Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience, ideally in boutique luxury hotels
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine, wines, and beverages
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial management, cost control, and budgeting
