About the Role

Lead all F&B operations across KK Collection's boutique luxury properties in Southern Sri Lanka, overseeing dining experiences, team development, and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations across KK Collection properties
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team across properties
• Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience, ideally in boutique luxury hotels
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, wines, and beverages
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial management, cost control, and budgeting
