About the Role
Drive luxury apartment sales by managing client inquiries, conducting property viewings, and delivering professional real estate experiences through upselling and objection handling.
Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries for apartment sales, rentals, and purchases
- Conduct property viewings and ensure professional experiences for owners, buyers, and tenants
- Recommend properties through upselling techniques to match client needs
- Handle objections and convert inquiries into successful transactions
- Manage multiple inquiries daily with strong organisational skills
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client follow-ups
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM record management
- Willingness to learn Colombo's real estate market
- G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent
