Manager - Sales & Marketing (Air Freight)

About the Role

Create and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote air freight services, develop new business opportunities, and meet monthly personal sales targets for this Colombo-based logistics company.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Promote air freight services to existing and prospective clients
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Establish customer relationships for sustained growth
• Produce weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Meet monthly personal sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from a recognised institution OR CIM/SLIM Finalist status
• Minimum 3 years in a similar Sales & Marketing role within air freight or logistics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
• Capability to work independently in a target-driven setting
• MS Office proficiency and report preparation skills
