Business Development Manager (Sri Lanka)

About the Role

Identify sales targets and opinion leaders, present FxPro trading products to new clients, conduct market research, and develop business strategies for the Sri Lanka market.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales targets and opinion leaders in the Sri Lanka market
• Present FxPro products and services to new clients
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis
• Develop strategies for specified markets
• Plan and execute webinars and promotional events
• Maintain client relationships and ensure retention
• Attend industry events to expand professional network
• Document business development activities and pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years in a similar industry
• Fluency in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil
• Computer literacy with Google apps proficiency
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
• Proactive business approach
• Ability to travel when needed
