About the Role

Oversee all daily FMCG production and operations at the Katunayake facility, managing production schedules, optimising processes, ensuring HSE compliance, and leading production teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production and operations to ensure timely delivery
Implement and maintain production schedules
Optimise production processes for efficiency and cost reduction
Lead and manage production teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Collaborate with supply chain and quality control departments
Monitor production data and address issues promptly
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Diploma, Professional Qualification, or Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
10 years of experience in production and operations management in the FMCG sector
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
