About the Role

Supervise and manage FMCG production operations at the Seeduwa facility, implementing production plans, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and output targets
Supervise production staff and manage team performance
Implement production plans and schedules
Ensure quality control and safety compliance throughout production
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Identify and execute process improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Provide training and support to production team members

Requirements

Diploma, Professional Qualification, or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
5 years of experience in production/operations, preferably in the FMCG sector
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in production management software
Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
