Lead daily production of Verena snack bars at the Colombo facility, maintaining recipe accuracy, brand standards, HACCP compliance, and ensuring timely product dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production of snack bars maintaining recipe accuracy and brand standards
• Ensure timely product dispatch according to production schedule
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout production
• Adhere to HACCP protocols and company food safety procedures
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years work experience in food production or related manufacturing
• Food production expertise and technical knowledge
• Process improvement mindset
• HACCP standards compliance knowledge
• Recipe accuracy and food safety skills
