About the Role

Combined academic and programme-leadership role in the School of Business Management at SCOT Campus, Nugegoda.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and tutorials across Business Management modules
• Lead and coordinate the Business Management academic programme
• Oversee curriculum development and annual review processes
• Mentor students and manage programme-level academic outcomes
• Liaise with university awarding bodies and external assessors

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
• Teaching or industry experience in management discipline
• Programme leadership or coordination experience advantageous
• Strong organizational and communication skills
