About the Role

Full-time Assistant Lecturer in Quantity Surveying and Construction at SCOT Campus's Department of Civil Engineering and Construction, Nugegoda.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and tutorials in Quantity Surveying subjects
• Conduct practical workshops on construction cost estimation and tendering
• Mark student assignments and examinations
• Support senior lecturers in programme delivery
• Assist in maintaining academic records and student engagement

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• Postgraduate study is advantageous
• Industry or teaching experience preferred
• Membership of RICS, AIQS, or equivalent professional body is an advantage
