Senior Architect / Design Manager

About the Role

LAUGFS Holdings is hiring a Senior Architect or Design Manager to lead architectural design for new retail outlets from concept through execution, develop efficient store layouts optimised for customer flow and energy efficiency, and coordinate with consultants and contractors on brand and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for new retail outlets from concept to execution
• Develop efficient store layouts prioritising customer flow and energy efficiency
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for design compliance
• Ensure brand identity and sustainability standard alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years experience, preferably in retail or commercial design
