About the Role

SDB Bank is recruiting Trainee Banking Associates for its branch network, offering recent graduates a structured entry point into a banking career with comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Support branch banking operations including teller and customer service functions
• Handle customer inquiries, account opening, and routine transaction processing
• Assist in promoting and cross-selling bank products
• Participate in structured training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance / Business preferred)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience welcome
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to be posted to any branch location
