Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant and bar operations
• Lead and motivate the service team
• Maintain five-star service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction across F&B outlets

Requirements

• Hotel school degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel industry in the same capacity
• Five-star hotel experience preferred
• Below 40 years of age
