About the Role

Multiple cafe roles open at Barista Coffee Lanka - the largest international cafe chain in Sri Lanka - from Barista and Crew Member through to Outlet Manager and Management Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and cafe beverages to standard
• Manage outlet operations and team
• Train and develop junior crew members
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards

Requirements

• Relevant hospitality training or experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Willingness to grow within the hospitality industry
